The Chamonix Aiguille du Midi opened in 2009, following needs expressed by traveller’s representatives. Located along Avenue de l’Aiguille du Midi, it serves a busy shopping area as well as the Aiguille du Midi cable car.
After this stop, the strack crosses Arve once again on a metal bridge, and it reaches Chamonix main station.
