The train of the Mont-Blanc valleys
History and engineering of Mont-Blanc Express

From Servoz to Vaudagne

Shortly after Servoz, the track enters another steep section (80 mm/m), up to the Vaudagne hamlet. In Vaudagne, the on-request stop (kilometer 8.930) remained closed from the early 1990s to 2009.

After Servoz station, the track again deals with a steep gradient: 80 mm/m.
