Entering Vallorcine valley
The track reaches its highest point inside Les Montets tunnel, at an elevation of 1386 m.
On the other side, the track enters Vallorcine valley. As soon as it exits the tunnel, the line begins to lose elevation in a rural environment, among pastures and larches.
